Cat of the Week
18 September 2017
This week we are featuring the lovely Bea, in the hope we can find her forever home.
Hi, my name is Bea. I am a lovely black, short-haired girl. I was found as a stray so the people here at cats Protection don't really know how old I am, but we think I am still a youngster at 2-3 years old.
I like people, cuddles and attention. As long as I get nice food and plenty of cuddles on your lap, I will be happy.
I don't think I would want to live with another cat or a dog, but as long as any children in my new home knew to be gentle with me then I think little people would be ok.
I have been to see the vet (I did not enjoy it!) and I have been given a clean bill of health. I have been microchipped and fully vaccinated
So come on, I know you have space on your lap for me x
As Bea came in as a stray we cannot be 100% sure if she has been neutered, but the vet has shaved her side and tummy to see if we could see any evidence of her having an operation. A scar was found on her tummy which would indicate she has been spayed, but if in the unlikely event she does come into season in the future, Cats Protection would cover the cost of her being neutered.
Can you help make this a lucky week for Bea?
