MOONIE & DJReservedBedford & Biggleswade

Hello, my name is DJ, and this gorgeous black and white female is my mother, Moonie. I know, she doesn’t look old enough to have a grown-up son, but it is true! We came into care with Cats Protection after our owner passed away. We had been with him all our lives, and now need to try and find ourselves a new home. We are well looked after in foster care, but it’s not the same as having a home of your own. A nice sofa to sleep on, a human to cuddle up to….

We are looking for a home where we can stay together. I hope you will come and meet us, I am afraid I am too excited whenever I see anyone, so I will very likely meet you at the door to our pen. My fosterer says this is why she can never get a good picture of me, as I won’t stay still ??. My mum is less likely to come and greet you, but please don’t let that put you off, she’s not too happy being in a foster pen. But once she’s in a home she will more than likely just settle on to your lap.

I need to be upfront though, I have been known to have the odd bladder infection, but the vet believes this is due to stress and once settled it is likely to disappear. However, it is best I eat just a wet food diet. I also have a slight heart murmur, but the vets are not concerned about this either. However, Cats Protection are happy to help with vets bills relating to either of these conditions for me.

Both of us are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. We hope you will come and meet us, I am sure you will fall in love with us.
